We are living in the modern world full of facilities and have busy routine life. We are always busy in offices files or even if we find time to enjoy we choose movies or indoor games to play. Due to all these factors we are missing one of the most important and essential element for our health, that why we are in a close risk of many dangerous disease. Now the question arises what make us susceptible to diseases? The answer is simple that we are ignoring a healthy life style. We are not only missing the healthy eating habits and proper sleep hours that reduce our body immunity but we are also getting lazy to work out.
Lacking of proper workout routines make us overweight, lazy and vulnerable to many diseases. A proper workout and weight lifting routine improve the strength of body muscles and strong muscles provide better protection to joints and connective tissues. Work out routines helps you in protecting yourself against a numbers of health hazards. It not only raised your metabolism and can strengthen bones and improve muscular endurance and also help you avoid injuries by increasing the flexibility of the body. Workout is helpful in improving your balance and enhances your coordination. You can have a smart fit and well shaped body which give you confident feelings. Workout can also help you in reducing arthritis pain and can improve the quality of life.  Latest studies in the field of medical science and human health proves that workout can lower the blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart diseases.
